With this new feature, you’ll be able to report an outage by texting “OUT” to (906) 228-0300.

You will receive a text message as soon as we are aware there is a power outage in your area.

All customers with an active account and a valid cell phone number should keep an eye out for a welcome text message in the coming weeks!
