Get Rid of Old Appliances — Get Rewarded!
The Appliance Recycling Program helps customers safely dispose of old, inefficient appliances while earning bill credits and keeping harmful materials out of landfills.
How It Works
Community Drop-Off Events
- Customers receive:
- $50 incentive for large residential appliances
- $10 incentive for small residential appliances
- Income-qualified participants may also receive a free energy-saving kit
- Each customer is limited to (2) Large and (2) Small appliances per account per year, for a total of $120.00 per year.
- I.E. 2 Fridges or (2) Freezers, or any combination of 2 items
- 2 Window AC , 2 Dehumidifiers, 2 Mini fridges, or any combination of 2 items
Eligible appliances must be in working order to qualify. Below is a list of appliances currently accepted for recycling. Find out how much additional energy and money you can save when your appliances aren’t in use here.
